Description

There are hundreds of different leadership models in existence. We will be discussing the IT Maturity Method for Leadership Improvement. This method breaks Leadership into objective and subjective elements. Subjective elements are essential and are cultural/social based. They can be used both productively, but unfortunately they can also be misused. The social elements include both Interpersonal Communication and Character techniques. Objective elements include Management, Organization (e.g. delegation, escalation), Extent, Business Culture, and Vision. We will be focusing primarily on the objective elements as they have associated business related measures as well as associated tuning and improving.
